I recently just relocated to the Charlotte area from New York, with the help of Leanne. My husband and I wanted to rent a property for at least one year, to allow us the opportunity to get to know the area before purchasing a home. I struggled to find a realtor that would be of any assistance to us given we were only a rental client at the time. I talked to at least 10 different agents, but none were willing to help us. I left multiple messages, Leanne actually called us back!
Leanne was immediately without any hesitation willing to assist us in any way possible. She started searching for properties for us and then took it a step further, and offered to take a simple ride to the interested property to give us feedback of the area. She then, to my surprise ,scheduled an inside viewing of the interested property. Leanne immediately called us back after viewing the first rental property and said she had even her own pictures! We too soon found out that the pictures posted of rentals are NOT always quite as shown online. We were all set to take the first property, as it had everything we were looking for. If it had not been for Leanne's honest concern for our happiness, we would have been in a terrible rental. I believe Leanne herself, was in shock as to the difference of what a photograph can project and what reality can be. She proceeded to drive to 9 different rentals, taking pictures and giving feedback. We were solely relying on her advice for us, as we were hundreds of miles away. We are in a beautiful rental in a a safe, clean, and beautiful location because of Leanne. As a result of this, we have been able to enjoy our transition and so enjoy this move that we have so anticipated for so long without the distraction of being in a place we can not wait to get out of. We have been getting to know our brand new beautiful city and all that it has to offer! I now look forward to being Leanne's client again in the near future and I have full confidence that Leanne will be once again work for my best interest and our happiness! I also plan to pass her name on to all of my family and friends, and quite frankly anyone I run into that needs a realtor!!! She saw a need and helped and I appreciate that so much!!!!! Thank you Leanne for not looking at me and determining how much it could profit you, and then making a decision on whether I was worth the time. You treated me with value and that is truly how every client should be treat always! I highly recommend Leanne to anyone who is in need of a realtor. She will go out of her way for her clients and they will have a smile on their face!
