Hayes was absolutely amazing! Every recommendation she made was on the money and by following her great advice our house sold in 24 hours. Leanne, it was selected after interviewing twelve different realtors. Leanne's presentation what was extraordinary. Being that our property, it was rather unique to sell. Our property, it was a brick ranch with end ground swimming pool and three bay professional shop. Leanne, I was able to find interested sellers for the unique property.
Our property, what's unique and the fact that it was built for nascar driver, Bobby Isaac. Bobby Issac, was the 1970, nascar champion.
Leanne was able to find a buyer that was interested in such a unique property for the area, and was able to get within less than ten percent, are the asking price.
Leanne, always kept us informed a potential buyer's, and how viewings went from those potential buyers.

Trish sold 2 of my two sisters houses in the Charlotte area in recent years. One passed away immediately after the purchase and send a series of actions in her estate 92 houses). Trish worked with me for months on end to sell the two houses one sister had. I knew when I first met Michelle Selvey that she was the right broker for me. I had to sell my mom’s house because she had passed away and Michelle approached our first meeting (which she did via FaceTime because I was in a different state) with compassion and professionalism. Michelle knows the local market and that fact alone was important. While other brokers in the area market their experience mostly with Lake Norman properties, Michelle has the added benefit of being from and living in the Troutman area. Early on she and Rebekah held an open house and had a steady stream of interested buyers which resulted in several superb offers. Since I am not familiar with North Carolina real estate transactions, Michelle and Rebekah kept me informed throughout the process and helped to negotiate a situation in which the first offer buyer backed out unexpectedly. Michelle and Rebekah helped me with the company that handled the estate sale and made it all run smoothly.
