I would like to take a moment and give a huge shout out to Mary Jo Herold. I'm not sure if what I write will even come close to the gratitude I have for her. Mary Jo's work ethic is by far in the top 1% of relators or honestly anything she does. She came into our lives with kindness, creativity, honesty and eagerness to work day and night for our family so much so I referred her to my mom with helping her sell her home. Sarah had our best interest at heart from day 1! We may have given her an impossible task with our timing and wants but it never fazed her and she was in constant communication with us about what to do. Jennifer was highly recommended to us by friends. Since we were relocating to the area we needed a lot of patience and time from her as we narrowed our search. We were in limbo and not ready to buy at that time, but she still took time out of her day and drove us around Fort Mill to explore options to rent.
