Leanne, it was selected after interviewing twelve different realtors. Leanne's presentation what was extraordinary. Being that our property, it was rather unique to sell. Our property, it was a brick ranch with end ground swimming pool and three bay professional shop. Leanne, I was able to find interested sellers for the unique property.
Our property, what's unique and the fact that it was built for nascar driver, Bobby Isaac. Bobby Issac, was the 1970, nascar champion.
Leanne was able to find a buyer that was interested in such a unique property for the area, and was able to get within less than ten percent, are the asking price.

Trish sold 2 of my two sisters houses in the Charlotte area in recent years. One passed away immediately after the purchase and send a series of actions in her estate 92 houses).
