She provided guidance on preparing our home for sale, placed the house on Coming Soon a week before the Open House, arranged private appointments the day of the Open House, and delivered two strong offers the next morning. We were Under Contract in 24 hours and able to stay in the house until our moving date. We could not ask for more!

Jennifer was highly recommended to us by friends. Since we were relocating to the area we needed a lot of patience and time from her as we narrowed our search.
