Robin is a fantastic person to work with. She is an expert (especially in generating CMAs & rent estimates and also in building a relationship with the other party's agent which comes in handy when negotiating) has the heart of a teacher and takes ownership of the process. Most of all we appreciated the fact that she sees the transaction as her own (treats it as if she was buying a house for herself i.e. she cares). We could tell that she enjoys what she does - which made it a pleasure for us too to work with her. She was always responsive honest patient and helpful. Robin is absolutely amazing! She was always quick to respond and goes out of her way to make sure everything is scheduled and planned accordingly from the showing to the closing of our first home.
