She provided guidance on preparing our home for sale, placed the house on Coming Soon a week before the Open House, arranged private appointments the day of the Open House, and delivered two strong offers the next morning. We were Under Contract in 24 hours and able to stay in the house until our moving date. We could not ask for more!

Susan did a great job of finding us a house and selling the house we had lived in for 38 years. We made an offer to buy our new house and had a contract the next day. Once we had our old house ready to put on the market, she had an open house and [again] had a contract the next day. She did a great job of communicating with us. She assisted us all the way through the process--including giving us guideance on who to contact for the financial side of the transactions. If/when we sell our new home I would ask Susan to help us again!!

Wow! We had no realtor the morning we spotted the home that seemed so perfect. We knew it was going to be competitive for such a home in south Charlotte, with an open house scheduled for the next day.

We contacted Susan. By noon, we were viewing the house, by 1:30 pm she put together our offer. By 7:00 pm the house was under contract.
