I cannot say enough positive things about Beth Curley. She helped us to both sell and buy houses in 2015 and again in 2018. Our first house had some challenges due to location; however, she got it sold for us in 9 days. Any other time that house had been on the market it had taken months to sell.  Beth gave us all kinds of suggestions on how to make that particular home more marketable. Her ideas worked! The second house she sold for us within just a few hours of it being listed. Beth also helped us purchase our last two homes. We tend to be uptight about such large transactions and can get anxious about all the details. Nothing seems to fluster Beth. She is so knowledgeable and knows how to advocate for her clients. My favorite aspect about Beth is her calm demeanor. She is an amazing balance for our personalities. If we ever decide to relocate in the future, Beth will be our first and only call. I cannot recommend her enough!

Beth gets 5 stars from me, as she was MOST EXCELLENT in every facet of my home sales experience. Beth not only made me feel good at the onset of listing my home, despite some challenges with it's "as-is" status, but she continued to encourage me, even after my first buyer terminated his contract. Beth also greatly assisted me in the staging of furniture in my home to offer the BEST appeal to buyers. Honestly I could NOT have had a better listing agent than Beth Curley. She is truly a FINE GEM!

Beth is a wonderful real estate agent for MANY reasons, but my favorite one is that fact that she is always so calm and patient. Buying and selling a house can be extremely stressful, but Beth always seems to be unflappable. She has a very soothing and calming presence about her. Beth is the absolute best. Beth helped us sell our home 3 years ago and assisted us in finding our new home as well. After that she sold my parent’s house as well as my in-law’s home. She is extremely helpful and always patient. When a job transfer sent us out of state, Beth was toour new home as well. After that she sold my parent’s house as well as my in-law’s home. She went above and beyond by handling everything while we were away. My only regret is that Beth is not licensed in Texas to help with the purchase of our next home. As out of state Sellers, having the right agent to list our home was extremely important. Unfortunately, we did not have the right person for the first several months, and therefore lost valuable time as our home sat vacant and unsold. Once Beth took over the listing, her positive energy, market knowledge and guidance, and good old fashioned hard work allowed us to get the home priced and positioned correctly and we were ultimately able to get the property sold. What a huge relief for us! We are very thankful to Beth for all her hard work and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us with this sale.
