It was a pleasure working with Ashley when selling my mom’s house. She is very approachable, extremely knowledgeable, knows the local housing market very well, and very detailed oriented. Ashley was also very helpful finding someone immediately to replace all the flooring in my mom’s house so we could put the house on the market quickly. She was able within minutes to find a non-profit organization to remove the heavy furniture from the house. When reviewing the buyers’ attorney’s closing paperwork, she found line items that should never have been included. Ashley was the absolute best to work with! We had a lot of issues coming up in the buying and selling of our home with inspections, lawyers, banks but she was with us 100% of the way. If she didn't know the answer to our questions, she would find out and respond back ASAP. She was very communicative and made sure we knew everything that was going on. With Ashley we sold our previous house and closed on our new home in less than 2 months which was fantastic!! 10 out of 10 would recommend Ashley!!!
