She was amazing in this unbelievable market. We were buying in a sellers market and lost several offers to cash offers from investment groups. We were about ready to bail out but she kept our hopes up and always came up with new strategies for us to compete and be successful. Ultimately we were successful in winning an offer, and I got to observe Leanne’s keen negotiating skills, as there were repairs to be made, and she was successful at negotiating a price reduction even in this market where sellers really don’t seem to be willing to repair anything. I will be recommending Leanne to anyone I know buying or selling a home in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas.
