Michelle is the best. She's so easy to work with, kind, and caring but also a straightforward and no nonsense advocate when working with other agents. She has been our family's seller's agent three times (two as estate sales) and buyer's agent once. The properties she sold for us were all unique and required her sustained effort over several months each time to find the right buyer. She was immediately responsive every time and kept on top of everything and made sure the transactions went smoothly. Her knowledge helped us avoid mistakes and price the properties correctly to maximize showings and financial return. She's a tenacious negotiator as well.
