There are no words that would sufficiently describe the dedication, professionalism and compassion exhibited by Olivia. I sold my home to someone, who over the period of accepting his bid to closing proved to be a bit challenging to deal with. Since I could not look for a rental before I accepted his bid, I found myself on a deadline to find something affordable and acceptable. It was not easy. Olivia accompanied me to numerous potential properties over the course of approximately 3 months from New Jersey to Pennsylvania and she did it with a smile and irrepressible optimism . Michelle is the best. She's so easy to work with, kind, and caring but also a straightforward and no nonsense advocate when working with other agents. She has been our family's seller's agent three times (two as estate sales) and buyer's agent once. The properties she sold for us were all unique and required her sustained effort over several months each time to find the right buyer. She was immediately responsive every time and kept on top of everything and made sure the transactions went smoothly.
