Sandy did a phenomenal job, she took a lot of the burden off me with getting the house ready to sell. She has a great network of handymen, plumbers, and movers that she called on to help. She also helped go back and forth with the township for all the permits and certifications that were needed for the sale. She handled the listing, negotiations, inspections and closing with great care to make sure I received the best value from the sale. Would highly recommend!
