Over the summer, Rick helped my family and I in purchasing our first house! Richard Herbst is a remarkable agent! He took me step by step in the process of the sale from preparing the property for pictures to the end of making sure everything was clear and pristine by the walk through. He was so professional in explaining everything and handling the closing since I was out of state. His kindness towards me was incredible.
