Tara is a top flight professional in every way. She knows her field well and did everything to ensure our success & happiness with simultaneously selling our home as well as purchasing another, no small feat! Tara was very friendly, cooperative and patient with us novices. And, most encouraging, was the spiritual support in Christ Jesus our Savior & Lord Tara provided in prayer. It was a challenging and stressful adventure at closing, but, by God's Great Grace, & Tara's & Josh's diligence, it finally happened. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else handling the sale and purchase. Tara was an incredible asset. Often going above and beyond to help us find our new home, including going to an open house and giving us feedback when we were unavailable to attend.
