We mainly worked with Amanda, although Steve helped with some backend issues. They were very easy to work with and helped us beyond purchase of our new house. We were moving from out of state, so we had dozens of questions and they were glad to help at any time. She responded to us every time we reached out. Follow up was great.

There were some difficult situations with this purchase but Amanda was willing and able to address all concerns and problems.

I cannot recommend Amanda enough as a Real Estate professional! We live in California and purchased a home in Lexington, SC, with her guidance. She guided us through the process and was very willing to view properties all over the Columbia/Lexington areas that we found on various websites, in addition to suggesting properties that fit our wants/needs profile. We were thrilled to find a house in Lexington that has everything we needed, with her help. She guided us through the purchase process, worked extremely well with the buyers agent, our mortgage representative, and with our closing attorney, and provided needed information to them, as warranted. She was extremely responsive to us even with three hour difference in time zones. We were so lucky to have had her guidance and experience - a true professional!
