To anyone who is looking for an agent to work with and for them to buy or sell a property, without reservation, I highly recommend Carol Cunningham. She was very proactive in assisting me in the sale of an inherited property. She researched similar properties in recommending a listing price. She researched village Regulations and found an Article that was very crucial to allowing my property to be listed for sale. That was an unusual, outstanding find.

During the time of my listing, a property of her own suffered severe weather damage. Even while she was cleaning up and repairing her own property she continued to be out front for me. She helped me to successfully work through repetitive paperwork challenges involving this Trust sale.

Carol was always there when I reached out. She provided clear guidance to decisions that I had to make. I very definitely recommend her to be your agent.

Carol was fantastic. She stuck with us through a very trying time with a very unprofessional mortgage company (lower). I don't know what we would of done without her. She recommended a different mortgage company and we successfully got to closing in about 5 weeks. Way to go Carol.

You're first time buying a house isn't easy in any way, but Carol was really helpful the entire time. We went through a lot of ups and downs with some unexpected changes to the house we first wanted, completely at the fault of someone else. We ended up with a different house, but it was for the better and thanks to the help of Carol Cunningham we got to close fairly close to the time we were planning on closing with the first house.
