If you have the opportunity to work with Carol, take it! I have had the good fortune to work with her on two home sales. Carol is very knowledgeable and walked me through all the complex paperwork. My fiancée and I have recently bought our first home. While we didn't have any idea on how things worked. If I had any questions I would ask Ray, he was very informative on a lot of things. As you can imagine this process was very stressful for us. Ray never was rude, short, or irritated with our long list of questions.
Ray has a sense of humor, it's nice to be able to communicate with someone that is professional and funny. He was able to help build a bond between the sellers and I. It definitely helps when everyone is on the same level of understanding, in which Ray helped maintain. He told me that even after we purchase the house and have any questions on anything just to give him a call or text. This shows us that he is also very caring and wants to make sure we are taken care of. By any chance we move again we will definitely want Ray as our realtor.
