In the world of 1 to 5 star ratings i believe carol Cunningham surpassed in many ways. She is the ultimate professional. Very knowledgeable. And most of all when you call, she answers every time. I would give Carol at least 7 stars. And we thank her very much for all her help.

My husband and I were looking for a place on the lake. We found a couple lots on private land. I found our new spot and text Carol. She happened to be on vacation, but was able to set us up with her team so we could see the property. We loved it and were able to put in an offer. There were hoops to jump through when the title search came back, Carol was honest and in constant contact with us while we navigated the buying process. Carol went above and beyond with our purchase, highly recommend her and her team!!

Carol recently sold some property for us. It was the second time that Carol has served as our realtor to sell property .She is a dedicated professional and works diligently to take care of all the real estate details that are so important in securing a buyer and closing the sale.
Carol is always readily available and prepared to answer any questions concerning the status of the sale. Call on Carol when you are ready to sell.

Carol went above and beyond and found us a amazing home that not many people knew about, her connections in the community can set you up to find hard to find places, i have rented off her as my landlord for almost 5 years before she found us our home to buy. Carol has excellent knowledge and experience to ease the worries of a new home buyer, she was very communicative and even being out of town worked to make our deal go through from beginning to end! We appreciate everything she has done in the last 5 years!

Carol answered ever question and if she didn’t have the answer she found the answer and got back to me in a timely manner she is awesome to work with and when I buy another property or home in the area she will be the only person I will work with she is fantastic

I’ve worked with Ray for a couple of years. He was there when I bought my first property and he was there when we bought our home. Ray is a very knowledgeable and skilled realtor and has a personality like no other. After a very short time Ray became more than a realtor and treated us like we’ve been friends for 100 years! Ray answered the phone immediately day or night and always texted back immediately. Ray was willing to help us fix, paint, replace and even move! When we had an issue he was back with us the same day with solutions and stood up for us if we ever had an issue. I can not say enough good things about Ray! Blessed is an understatement and I’m glad to have met him truly one of a kind! Keep up the excellent work Ray. You are appreciated!

Amanda is the greatest realtor! Very professional from sign up to sold closing. 3 offers in 2 days! Then get the offers to redo to their best offer! She took care of that and always kept us informed! Professional communication and always had good answers to any questions! All said and done, we closed within 45 days! If you have a need for a professional realtor, then Amanda at NEXTHOME is the best choice! You will be in good hands!
