Theresa is the type of realtor everyone wants when selling a house. Whether it's your first or you have been through the process before. She explained everything in detail and there were never any surprises along the way that she had not already warned us about. Karen was a huge help in selling my mom's house which was held by our family trust. Unfortunately, prior to the sale my parents didn't have all their ducks in a row which led to some challenges. Karen was always on top of what needed to be done and the additional hoops we had to jump through.
I most appreciated her prompt communication, whether reaching out to me or replying to questions I had -- and I had plenty! She was integral in the offer/counter offer process as the initial offer was so low I was tempted not to counter. With her encouragement I did counter and after a few more offers and counters, we were able to agree to terms with the buyers.
Given our somewhat unique circumstances, Karen went above and beyond in my opinion. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to sell, or buy property!

Oh my gosh! I adore her! She has been so helpful. So professional. Such a good heart. We ran into some off the wall issues with the title company and she handled it like a pro! I'm sad I can only give Theresa five stars because she deserves way more than that. She has been an absolute dream to work with. She made sure we got into a home in our price range that also fit all of our needs as we are a large family. Her availability is great she didn't make us work around her schedule she was able to work around ours. Theresa was able to answer any and every question we had no matter what time of day or night. We honestly couldn't ask for a better relator. She made us comfortable and was amazing with our kids. We walked away with a wonderful realtor that we will continue to work with if we decide to buy another home and a friend. I can't thank her and praise her enough for everything she's done for our family.

Theresa was the absolute best from start to finish. She made sure we never got discouraged along the way. We not only got a realtor we made a new friend which makes the home buying process even easier when it's someone you trust. She was amazing with our kids on countless home showings and making sure we had any and everything we needed along the way. Other deals fell through for various reasons prior to our purchase and thankfully she made sure we didn't give up. She has been recommended to friends and family wanting to start the home buying process. Plus she's won an award that only 10% of ohio realtors make happen, so think about why wouldn't you ask her to be your realtor!
