Theresa is the type of realtor everyone wants when selling a house. Whether it's your first or you have been through the process before. Karen was a huge help in selling my mom's house which was held by our family trust. Unfortunately, prior to the sale my parents didn't have all their ducks in a row which led to some challenges. Karen was always on top of what needed to be done and the additional hoops we had to jump through.
I most appreciated her prompt communication, whether reaching out to me or replying to questions I had -- and I had plenty! She was integral in the offer/counter offer process as the initial offer was so low I was tempted not to counter. With her encouragement I did counter and after a few more offers and counters, we were able to agree to terms with the buyers.
Given our somewhat unique circumstances, Karen went above and beyond in my opinion. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to sell, or buy property!
