Tremayne helped us sell a home at the price we were hoping to get. Very personable. He was always available to take phone calls and explained everything we needed to do when completing and signing documents. He even helped us move personal property out of the home to be ready in time to be at closing. He was everything we could hope for in a realtor. We highly recommend him.

Tremayne was recommended to us by a friend and he did not disappoint. He was friendly and prompt. Tremayne showed a tremendous knowledge of the current market conditions in our area. He was very helpful in pointing out a few minor updates and improvements to help increase interest and value of our property.
Tremayne always responded to our questions very quickly and kept us updated with any new information. I can not think of anything more you could ask for when looking for someone to sell or find a home.

Tremayne, did what seemed to be the impossible. We listed our mobile home in early October and sold by early December. He always kept us in the loop with viewers, gave an honest assessment of the status of our progress in regards to selling, and was always available for calls and text messages. After our closing, we had relocated to temporary location. He priority mailed our check to us and messaged the tracking number till the check arrived. If you want to sell your home fast and work with someone with great work ethic Tremayne is the guy for you.

Tremayne McGraw knows how to buy and sell houses. He's confident, informed, and persistent. He asked us the right amount of questions and followed up with his own research to best sell our house. When he doesn't know the answer, he finds the answer. While our home wasn't easy to sale, Tremayne went above and beyond to get the job done for us. We've already asked him to help us buy our next home!

I appreciated his sense of humor. Tremayne worked with us for about three years total as we were extremely picky on the lot we had in mind. At one time he actually asked, “are you even looking for something?” Because we continued to decline lots he found for us.??
We showed him the property we loved and said “Something similar”. Tremayne suggested reaching out to the property owner about the lot we love. It was not for sale, However Mr. McGraw made it happen!
We now are proud owners of our dream property!!! Thank you for everything Mr. McGraw! A true professional.

This was me and my husband’s first time buying a home and Tremayne was extremely patient with us and knowledgeable. If there was a question we had that he did not know the answer too he would do his research to figure it out for us. Tremayne was our realtor when looking to buy our first home 5 years ago and did an excellent job. Naturally, when it was time for us to sell, we knew Tremayne would be our realtor. He is flexible with his schedule and quick to respond to any and all questions you may have! I don't think we will be in need of a realtor again but IF we do. Tremayne will be our first call!!
