Karen was a wonderful person to work with when I was trying to sell my house! She knew of my story and how things were, and she helped me every step of the way. She kept me updated on all steps and even helped me stay calm. She is an amazing realtor and just a wonderful person all together! I live three hours from where the house was and I mmmm we were able to do it all over the phone and e-mail. If you need a realtor, she is the top choice!

Karen was working with an out of town buyer and I had me home on the market as for sale by owner. Even though she did not represent me in the transaction, she was a true professional and helped a first time seller by owner avoid the pitfalls that can come with a real estate transaction. If given the opportunity to purchase a home in an area that she works, I would not hesitate to call her to help me find a new home. Karen is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the St. Clairsville OH and surrounding area.

As a first time home buyer, it took almost two years for me to finally find the right home for me. Needless to say Karen stuck with me the whole time everyday sending me house after house, working non stop to find me the perfect home. Karen was always a phone call away always keeping in contact from the first day until signing day! I highly recommend Karen and I am grateful to have had her as my realtor.

Being a first time home buyer is kind of scary and Karen put all my fears to rest. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Once we figured out what I was looking for, she was showing me houses the day they were listed. Ultimately she helped me find and complete the process of buying my first home and I couldn’t be more grateful. Karen definitely gets 5 stars??
