Karen was a huge help in selling my mom's house which was held by our family trust. Unfortunately, prior to the sale my parents didn't have all their ducks in a row which led to some challenges. Karen was always on top of what needed to be done and the additional hoops we had to jump through.

She was integral in the offer/counter offer process as the initial offer was so low I was tempted not to counter. With her encouragement I did counter and after a few more offers and counters, we were able to agree to terms with the buyers.
Given our somewhat unique circumstances, Karen went above and beyond in my opinion. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to sell, or buy property!
