As a first time Home buyer, I am glad to have worked with Jesseca.

I got a number of good recommendations for agents, but Jesseca was the first to answer her phone and I am very glad she did! Through out the process she made sure that all my questions are answered, and worked hard to answer questions outside of her wheelhouse.

Her customer service skills go above and beyond, as she also accommodated showings with my daughter and got her excited about the house buying process.

I had a classic old Maine farmhouse in a great location but in need of a lot of updating so definitely a challenge from a sales perspective. Despite a couple of failed attempts at a sale Jesseca kept a positive attitude that the house would eventually find the right owner willing to buy in my desired price range. She did ultimately find that buyer and the sale went through with no hiccups. I highly recommend Jesseca as a realtor.

Jess took on the herculean task of selling my house in Winterport. After two contracts gone bad, she got it done. She communicated well, keeping me informed, and kept an optimistic tone throughout the transaction.

For a new agent, she has great instincts and will do well.
