We found Tracy in Fall of 2022 when we first started our hunt for our first home. She initially met with us to discuss our unique situation and desires for our future home including timing and cost. Tracy was extremely supportive throughout our first home buying by experience; she accompanied us on walk throughs, sat in during our meetings with the mortgage team, and provided timely feedback whenever we had questions. F & F Team picked me up and took me to look at properties' when I did not have transportation. The time F & F Team spent explaining what I did not know about purchasing a house was awesome.
