◦ I’m I must admit that I turned into a curmudgeon whenever my wife introduced the idea of moving from our perfect home of 20 years in the woods in Maidens Virginia to a seniors community in town.
It took Jennifer a year of showing us listings in various seniors communities where my wife was often ready to make an offer and I unleashed a series of colorful negatives which were entirely out of line.
Jennifer remained gracious and positive through all of my rants and continued to find homes to look at.
She finally found a listing in a community we were not aware of that ticked all of our boxes for a new place to call home.
Jennifer’s patience, experience and negotiating skills became apparent as she successfully walked us through the intimidating sale and purchase of two homes.

We’ve used Pat Hogan twice now to buy/sell our home and would never even consider using anyone else. Pat goes above and beyond far more than I would ever expect anyone to do. In addition to being a great realtor, Pat is also a wonderful person. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I highly recommend Pat, if you are selling or buying a home. We used Pat when we bought our home, and then again when we sold it. Pat was always there for us, answering all the difficult questions, and being honest with all the things that we needed to do, and the things we needed to change. Pat went way out of her way, even helping to take loads of stuff to Goodwill for me. She made all the phone calls and handled all the appointments with contractors, etc. Whenever we needed her, regardless of the time of day, Pat answered the phone, she was always there for us. You will not be disappointed to have Pat as your realtor! She is AMAZING

No matter how many times a client does not find or take the decision to buy a home or lot she shows to him/her, she doesn't give up.
