I worked with Steve to sell my parents home in Glen Allen VA. I can’t say enough good things about how Steve guided us through the process. Steve’s professionalism, transparency and communication were outstanding. What stood out even more was how thoughtful, caring and proactive Steve was. The experience was truly great with excellent upfront planning and fantastic results! I might add that we worked together somewhat remotely as I live outside of the central Virginia area. I highly recommend Steve to assist anyone with their real estate needs.

We met Steve and Tracy on-line as we were looking at houses in the Ashland area. We are so happy we did. They explained the steps on how to buy a house in Virginia when you are moving from Massachusetts. They accommodated our travel schedule and did many helpful tasks we couldn't do at a distance. We found the right home we were looking for. Thank you Steve and Tracy.

Steve was a personable and diligent real estate agent. We were so grateful for his assistance. We could trust him and he went into a home and checked details that were important to the value of the home. We were personally under a lot of stress to buy a home and needed to do it quickly because we were pushed out of our apartment because our dog lunged at another dog in the apartment. This resulted in us choosing to get rid of our dog or to move. It was our third move within months. This happened in early December or late November. We were able with Steve‘s help to secure a home closure on December 22 in a difficult market. Furthermore Steve had already banked a lot of time with us looking at homes in the previous months and patiently helped us at the last hour with good success. We are now in a very suitable home near our children and grandchildren. Now There is another grandchild expected. So we know we are where we need to be for now.

Steve was a joy to work with. He gave me solid advice all the way through the process - even before I was putting the house on the market. He kept me informed at every step of the way, He encouraged me not to make expensive "improvements" to sell the house when he didn't feel they would provide much benefit to its sale. In October, my house sold above asking price, without contingencies and meeting my closing/moving out date stipulations. I really appreciate his professional knowledge and guidance.

Steve is a first rate Realtor. He spent a lot of time showing us properties we thought we wanted until we decided we wanted something else
not even in the RVA area. I personally would have found us annoying.
However, do to circumstances we did not anticipate we found ourselves
needing to purchase a house in about 10 days(long story). In spite of our previously fickle behavior Steve jumped into the fray. On the final day of needing to make a purchase decision we came to a house that had been on the market for 1 day. It had a nice flat fully fenced backyard for our granddaughters visits.
It was a finished product. We had seen a number of houses that would have required additional time and expense, but God is good as they say.....or even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then(us not Steve). Three days before Christmas we moved into our new house. Not a moment to soon.

This is the second time using Steve and Tracy's services. They worked with us selling and buying a few years ago. This time we were selling our mothers house after her passing this year. They not only were very sensitive to our emotional issues they helped keep the preparation of the home to a minimum. They even helped with some of the prep work. Theyre recommendations were spot on. The house sold quickly and for more than we expected. Highly recommended!

Steve was wonderful to work with. He walked us through every step of the process and not only explained what we were doing, but why we were doing it. He kept us informed every step of the way. He even jumped in and helped us in getting the house ready for sale instead of just telling us what we needed to get done. The property sold the second day for over asking price. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a realtor in the Richmond area.
