I absolutely LOVED working with Pam. She is super quick to respond and answered all of my questions throughly to make sure I understood especially because this was my first time buying a home. When it came time to tour homes Pam had everything she needed to make sure the house was perfect! She told us all of the things she was noticing in the house that could potentially need fixing. She took her time going through the house too. She never shied alway from tell us things and if there was a problem she always wanted to present it to us with a solution. I was still living in California when I contacted Pam and she patiently, and with great care and knowledge, spoke with me about the current VA real estate market and the process of purchasing a home in VA as it was my first. Since I was out-of-state, Pam would set up appointments at properties that I was interested in and Facetime me as she did a full walk-through of each property and/or lot.
