If I could give Maria 10 stars, I would! Where do I begin with all of the ways Maria has made my and my husband’s experience of purchasing a home wonderful?

First off, the clear and timely communication between Maria and ourselves was superb! Her communication style is crystal clear. She explained every step that she was going to do, as well as any step we needed to do during this process. Maria replied to all of our questions in a very timely manner, as well as making sure any documents or information was submitted well before the deadline.

Maria made our experience so smooth by recommending and putting us in contact with our lenders, lawyer, inspector, contractors, painters, flooring contractors, etc. All of whom have provided us with the best service, quality of work and product!

Maria was there with us through the entire process. We both never worried or stressed about the choices we made for all of this. Maria has our best interest at her heart. Her work ethic is well beyond other realtors we have come across in the past. Her genuine passion and kindness are just the cherry on top to our experience with her!

There are no words that can describe how amazing Maria was with this process. She is so kind and patient with me. And she taught me so much. I am beyond grateful for everything she has done for me and my family!!! Not only did I find a beautiful home in the perfect area but it was also in my budget!!! I came out with a home and a new family member!!!!

I met Maria at the end of April, 2023, and after talking to her for a very short time, I knew I was in good hands. Maria is the kindest and most courteous person I have ever met. Maria is very knowledgeable not only about her profession, but the Richmond and surrounding area. After speaking with Maria and giving her my “wishlist” for a home, she diligently worked until we found my forever home. Maria was an excellent real estate agent, and what started as a business relationship has turned into a lifelong friendship.

There are not enough words to describe the admiration and respect I have for Maria. I wish I knew tens of people who want or need a new home so I could recommend them to Maria. Maria is definitely a five-star agent.

Maria is a very capable agent. She completed a wonderful job working as my brother’s real estate agent. Maria was always available when I had questions needing a quick response. She was also very patient and thorough in explaining the sometimes complex paper work. Above all else, she is compassionate and understanding. It was a pleasure doing work with her.

Maria helped us find a great investment property. She kept us in the loop while we were wait for their estate to get sorted out. She gave us great comps and was very knowledgeable about the area. We are very thankful that Maria helped us purchase our first of hopefully many investment properties.

I cannot say enough good things about Maria! She is absolutely AMAZING! One would be doing themselves a disservice not to work with her. She is God-fearing! She is thorough! She will fight for you. She always has a positive word for you. She is so empathetic. She is patient and she is kind. It was nothing but a blessing for her to be placed in my life. There is no way I would have made it through life's obstacle without her. She makes sure you have every detail that you need in each stage of the home selling process. When I am ready to buy, she will be my first call!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria. She was so kind, attentive, and hard working. She made sure every small detail was accounted for and really fought for us when it meant the most. We had a short time period to find a home and she made it happen! We are so incredibly blessed to have Maria on our side during this process. I very highly recommend her!

Maria was so incredible to work with. She explains everything thoughtfully and makes it easy to understand. She was there every step of the way and answered texts immediately (even though we told her that a fast response esp on a weekend wasn't always necessary!). She is also so kind and sweet, but ready to fight for you at the drop of a hat. Worth every penny considering she got us the house we want for a great price in the neighborhood we wanted in this crazy market!

Maria is without doubt the kindest person you’ll ever work with as a seller; and she’s exceptionally diligent at her job. Within a day of contacting her she was at our door with all the necessary comps for pricing our home. She even went so far as having a house cleaner and stager at the ready for our move. By the time we’d left the house was cleaned top to bottom and fully staged for sale. Maria insured us that she had absolutely everything taken care of and the peace of mind was helpful during our difficult move. We could not have asked for a better person to represent us.
