First I want to say that this is my first time trying to turn my home into a rental property. So I honestly didn’t know what to expect, from rates, contacts, requirements, tough questions, marketing to even just knowing how to get started. I believed that the whole process was about to be a huge headache, and a stressor that I was not looking forward to. I called a friend who I had served with in the Marine Corps who was more savy with real estate and he immediately gave me the contact to “NextHome Built by Referral Realty”.
