I worked with the Harold Chappell Team to sell my home and couldn’t be happier with the experience, especially thanks to Jacob Dempster. Jacob was incredibly detail-oriented, thorough, and hard-working throughout a long and complicated 90+ day loan assumption process. During that time, my buyers also rented the home for nearly two months before closing, which added another layer of complexity.

Jacob was on top of everything. He consistently anticipated questions or concerns I might have and was always ready with answers, not generic ones, but thoughtful, well-explained guidance that clearly came from experience and preparation.
