We worked with Michele in finding a Tucson home for several years, until I (Jeff) retired. When we visited Tucson (from Northern Minnesota) Michele went out of her way to clear her schedule, allowing her to spend generous and we feel, quality time with us. During those times we not only toured homes that fit our wants, we learned Michele is sincere and feel that she listened intently to our needs. Finding a home in Tucson could have been difficult and tedious, but we enjoyed the process every step of the way. Michele is absolutely a true professional. I don’t know any other way to say it, Michele Sarullo is as good as they get. We highly recommend working with her if you’re considering buying a home in the Tucson area.

Michelle was in constant contact with us and showed us over a dozen places. She never said no to any requests and was always happy to answer any questions. Our process became a little bit problematic with changes in interest rates constantly changing and promotions for new builds involving their representatives bombarding us with information. Luckily Michelle was able to renegotiate to a better deal and explain to us using graphs and pictures how much money we would be saving instead. Thank you Michelle!
We found Michelle by good fortune. She was always professional and accommodating. We had questions about neighborhoods, ages of houses and condos, and the steps of the home buying process. She provided us with as much of an education as possible and would later follow up with updates. I think the most difficult part of buying a home can be the reluctancy to commit. Asking difficult questions like how much of an offer can we make? How old is too old? And other ones involving rates and money etc. Can help your agent help you get a clearer picture of what you want. Michele just recently sold us our dream home in Sierra Vista, AZ.
