Here is Kevin, cannot say enough positive things about him. Kevin is the throwback real estate agent we all look for, he not only has the experience and insights on the market, he is the guy that shows up…shoot out a quick text or email and he is responsive and addresses questions and concerns very quickly.

Kevin did a great job with us. It took over a year to sell our house and he was there nearly every week for either an open house or just to check on things. He went above and beyond and kept us engaged thoroughout the process on our long distance sell. He was knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the legalities and fine print as well as what buyers were looking for.

Laura Baldwin was an excellent agent for us. We were selling our house in a fairly rural area, so the buyer pool was already slim, and on top of that, high interest rates shrank the buyer pool even further. Laura pulled out all the stops with constant marketing everywhere you can think of. She kept us updated with weekly communications, even when there were no showings. She was super helpful and transparent, always offering suggestions whenever we asked. She was very available, and when she couldn’t answer the phone, she would always get back to us within a few hours. We highly recommend Laura and would absolutely work with her again.

We began talking with Kevin almost 3 years ago about our dream of buying a home. We began working with a well known financial institution here in Arizona & thought it was time to get going on looking at homes. Called Kevin and went to look at a home we had fell in love with online, made multiple drive by trips but never stepped foot inside. As we walked the property Kevin had seen our reactions & knew there was no other home for us but this one! As we waited for an answer from the loan officer our hopes began to fade. Kevin suggested possible change of lenders, what we needed. One call from Hailey from Nations lending is all that was needed. Michele Sarullo is hands down the best realtor in Tucson! As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to begin. We had begun searching for a home initially in January 2024. We had met with several other realtors for showings and tours, but we never really clicked or connected with any of them.. With the other realtors, we felt rushed, pressured, and at times like they were trying to pull things over on us knowing we were inexperienced first time buyers. Laura Baldwin was an amazing buyer's agent for us. We moved from Colorado to Oro Valley. It is difficult enough just moving, but starting 1200 miles away, adds another level of difficulty. Laura helped so much, keeping in touch with us, watching out for homes. Once we got to Oro Valley, Laura helped with moving issues, HOA issues and many contact resources that we needed.
The house inspector she recommended was also amazing and well worth the cost. The first night we were here, we jumped in the pool and instantly realized we locked our selves out of the house! I had a phone, and Laura came to our rescue. Laura has been and still is a great agent and person to know.
