Jay literally made everything so easy. He was respectful of my timelines, he gave solid advice, and really set up the whole transaction for success. I had a ton of questions and he answered them without ever being annoyed or making me feel silly for asking. He was always incredibly professional and kind. I would 100% without reservation recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. This is my 3rd home sale and by far the best experience I’ve had.

We are still busy unpacking but we wanted to take some time to pay a well deserved compliment to our agent, Jay Svoboda. Out purchase and closing had become much more complicated than expected. Jay was excellent to work with through the search and purchase process for our new home! Always available and very responsive. He is a pro when it comes to all the real estate requirements, deadlines, etc. and kept things moving. And when we had some last minute concerns, he worked extra hours to get it resolved to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future!

Jay was very helpful with the acquisition of my new home. After determining the must haves and the would likes he flagged properties that fit the requirements .We put in an offer and with his follow up and follow thru it led to an eventual purchase. He was also a big help during the closing process. Very happy with the experience and my new home !!!

Jay understood what we were looking for.He was on top of what was available in this current market with houses selling even before listing utilizing all his contacts and resources. He was available to us whenever we needed him. He showed good reasoning and judgement in negotiations. There was never any pressure . I felt he was a very fair but firm negotiator and earned the respect of the other agent.

I'm not great with writing reviews/recommendations but I can say that Jay did a fantastic job with our buying/selling process. He made it feel like he wanted the best for us from start to finish which made us feel extremely comfortable in a stressful situation. If there was ever a question Jay was there to answer or he would find out the answer and get back to us as soon as he found it. When it came to showing us homes he let us do our thing and didn't try and push us one way or another on a home - he allowed us to choose the home we wanted.

I would highly recommend Jay to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home!
