Kay did everything! She handled everything to get the house ready all the way to closing. She offered to assist with contacting contractors to get the home ready for sale. I was more than eager to let her handle this. However, she was always in contact with me, asking what I wanted to do as it relates to getting the house ready for the sale. She said from the beginning my home would likely be a multiple offer situation and she was correct. Eleven offers received in 12 hours. I would not have sold my house or gotten in on the market so fast if it wasn’t for Kay’s assistance. I am very thankful I went with Kay to sell my home.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Mitch. He helped us through both buying our new home and selling our old one, and he made the whole process feel so much less stressful than we expected.
