Preparing my home for sale became much more complicated than expected. Although it was only five years old, I unexpectedly needed a new roof, ceiling repairs from a leak, furnace servicing, and several other repairs. Mitch didn’t just recommend reputable contractors, he coordinated communication, followed through with everyone involved, and took countless tasks off my plate, making an overwhelming process feel manageable.

When it came to negotiations, Mitch was exceptional. He helped me maximize the equity from the sale of my home, patiently worked through multiple contingent offers until we found one I felt confident accepting, and then negotiated just as hard on the purchase of my new home to help me get the most house for my budget. Even throughout closing and after, he continued helping me navigate builder warranty issues and remains someone I can still call for advice and trusted recommendations.
