Every piece of paperwork was promptly procured by Katie once needed - and she stayed on top of the process so we could close smoothly and quickly! She was always available for questions, was at the inspection walkthrough, final walkthrough, and the closing.

Kay did a wonderful job as our realtor. We are moving to the area from overseas so our whole experience buying a house was over the phone. She was amazing and made a video for each house we were interested in. That made the fact that we couldn’t be there in person so much easier. The process was way smoother than I could have imagined.
