I've bought and sold more than half a dozen houses. Getting a house ready for sale is a challenge. From decluttering to staging, if it's not done right, the house may not sell well or even at all.

I'm grateful that I had Lorena as my agent because she helped me with everything. Thanks to her professionalism and work ethic, with her assistance, we got my house into shape quickly and effortlessly. The house sold almost immediately for a very good price.

After getting word I had a job transfer from California to Olympia, my wife and I needed to get living accommodations taken care of asap. Lorena came highly recommended from a friend and she did not disappoint at all.
She went above and beyond everything we expected. She scheduled tours of 10 homes in throughout Olympia,Tumwater, and Lacey. We did that in less than 8 hours as she explained everything about the area, from shopping to schools and attractions.
We ended up putting in an offer and she was there every step of the way through the escrow process. We were definitely in good hands as she represented us well .

Lorena was awesome during the whole process of selling my home. She communicated well and kept me updated on house prices nearby so I can make adjustments base on the market. We have used Lorena 3 times now in selling and buying and selling again. We love her. This last house sell she came to our house, helped us stage the house, helped us load up the Uhaul and than came back later to help us clean so we could be out sooner. She is amazing and always has a beautiful smile and truly goes the extra mile!!!

Lorena was a BLESSING during the search for our first home!
We previously had tried to get help from a few other realtors and were at a loss, felt like we were getting nowhere. Things were completely different with her, she calmed alot of our fears, and was able to answer all of our questions.

Lorena is an great agent. Her personality and work ethic are both exceptional. No matter what I asked or what time I asked, she responded with an answer that was helpful.
