Cari was extremely helpful in gathering information for us. She promptly responded to every message that I sent, and almost always either knew the answer off the top of her head or was able to reach out to the person who did know. She was also very effective in scheduling inspections and arranging the timeline of events with the seller, which took a huge lift off our shoulders. I feel like she went above and beyond what was required by her role, and I'm truly thankful for her assistance in purchasing our first home!

Lorena was amazing on all counts! Her communication was thorough and quick. She walked us through processes and made sure we were thoroughly educated on everything we needed to know. She connected us to a great home inspector and other contractors for necessary repairs and coordinated everything that needed to happen before the purchase. Amanda went above and beyond our expectations. She made herself available every time we came to Washington from Idaho to look at houses for sale.

Even though I had never met Katie Christensen before choosing her as my agent, she treated me like a true friend. She always kept my needs in mind, and answered all of my questions promptly. Most questions she could answer immediately, and those few she didn’t know, she quickly found the answers. She has a very caring attitude.
