I had the difficult task of selling my deceased father's house in Lacey, WA while I lived in Summerville, SC. She was highly recommended by our previous Realtor, Dustin Remington, in Bothell, WA. I soon found out why--she handled EVERYTHING! Changed the locks, met Habitat For Humanity at the house to remove the valuable furniture and wall hangings, then arranged and managed cleaning the house from the roof to crawlspace, updating landscaping, and staging it for sale. Kim kept me informed of status every step of the way until closing. She took all the stress out of selling the house while I was almost 3000 miles away. I HIGHLY recommend her service!

My wife and I could not recommend Katie enough! She was very clear, kind and transparent through the home buying process. She was always able to answer questions and explain processes without sugarcoating anything or trying to upsell. Michael went above and beyond that of a realtor and worked for us as a friend. He did not know us at all but treated us with complete kindness and professionalism. Kim did an amazing job with preparing my father’s estate for sale including providing contact info for trusted services to help with cleaning up and preparing the property and house.
She was then able to get the house staged and listed quickly and was able to determine and set a fair price for it that allowed it to be sold quickly at a time of year that usually is not as active as far as real estate is concerned.
I highly recommend her for not just settling family estates but also for selling your own house as she was very easy to work with and her experience was very apparent.

I would highly recommend Sandi as competent, dependable, very friendly and a breeze to work with. Sandi was recommended to me after my brother passed away. My brother’s house was not being maintained and needed carpet, paint, and thorough cleaning. As well as outside yard maintenance and needed a new roof.
Besides the emotional aspect of cleaning out my brother’s house, Sandi was so helpful to me pointing out what needed to be done to get the house sold. Sandi jumped right in and started painting the entire inside of the house, she ordered the carpet, arranged for a roofer. Sandi did lot of the cleaning. After all that was done and the house was on the market, she was helping with raking leaves this fall, and this house had a lot of trees shedding their leaves.
Sandi kept me informed with any showings, market issues, and what next steps to take in a slow housing market.
I would recommend Sandi as your next realtor, you will be glad you did.

We had a great experience with Kim! I contacted her a few months before we were even seriously looking and she set up some search parameters. It took us over 6 months to find a house, and we were moving over an hour away, so she saw several properties for us prior to us coming down ourselves.
