We had a great experience with Kim! I contacted her a few months before we were even seriously looking and she set up some search parameters. It took us over 6 months to find a house, and we were moving over an hour away, so she saw several properties for us prior to us coming down ourselves. We had a few hiccups during our transaction, but Kim was very helpful through them and we ended up with our perfect property! Would definitely recommend her in the future!
