Kim is awesome! We sought her out to be our seller's agent when we found a house in the hot Olympia market and wanted a great pro in our corner as we negotiated the deal. She is thoughtful and thorough, no-nonsense, calm, and friendly. She understood the timing and the pressures at the initial offer stage, and we successfully won our bid against other competing bid. We identified a drainage issue at the new house in the "11th hour," and she was instrumental in working with the seller's agend to repair that issue before we closed. Also, she helped us locate reliable. competent tradespeople to do work on our current home, too. We bought a house using her 9 years ago, and had a great experience with her, then, as well.
