My brother died in Olympia, Washington on June 2, 2024 and his will named me as Executor of his estate. This was extremely difficult since I live in Alabama. My most challenging task was to sell his mobile home. My brother’s neighbors recommended Sandi Hofmann as a realtor active in the area. I called her and she made everything else easy. She worked hard to make his home presentable for sale.She cleaned, painted, made repairs, and removed everything that distracted from its presentation. She handled everything understanding I was out of state and unavailable. She did so much herself and when she needed an outside contractor she made all the arrangements and handled everything with the resulting cost being less than I could have negotiated if I had been local. Sandi knew my stress level and communicated with me daily to assure me that everything was moving ahead smoothly . I recommend Sandi to anyone. She is a caring person as well as a very competent realtor.

Sandi is absolutely amazing from the first time I talked to her, to writing the agreement & to the final closing, she was there every step of the way. She is a very caring and sincere person who knows her business. She even worked with me to get my place ready by helping to pack pictures, do touch up painting, and working hard to help make my place beautiful. Then she staged my place and had amazing photos posted when it went on the market. She kept me informed all along the way from a few offers that failed due to funding issues, and through the last offer that represented the new owner. She sat with me while I signed closing papers. During all of this, we became good friends. I truly appreciate her perseverance she demonstrated with great grace. You will never go wrong with the most amazing agent who is dedicated, fun and caring!

I've known Sandi Hoffman for 23 years while owning our HVAC business. She has always been the best agent at selling mobile homes for sure. She goes beyond the call of duty when selling mobile and manufactured homes. She even washed our windows even though we told her we wanted to do it. I have bought and sold many homes. Sandi is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! This was a very difficult situation involving a divorce and disabled seller. A very tight timeline was needed. I don't believe any other realtor would have had a prayer of getting this all done. Sandi is such a great professional, she has many people that love working with her so much. They do extraordinary efforts to get the jobs done in the time allowed. Sandi herself does so much of the work to get the house ready and then complete any work needed to complete the sale. There isn't enough room here to tell you how awesome she is!
