Katie did an amazing job with our home buying experience. My husband and I have been looking for the perfect "forever" home for a few years. We had been through several bidding wars, lost offers, and had lost hope. We had a very particular home setting in mind, and we had just come to the realization that it wasn't going to happen. We met Katie, exchanged contacts, and 6 months later my husband and I were ready to circle back around the crazy housing market. To make a long story short, she was super patient, on top of it, consistent, and pleasant. She road this emotional ride with us for a long while and saw it through; all the way to the end. I am happy to say my husband and I found our "forever" home and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Katie for being you and not giving up on us.

Katie was wonderful to work with. She was super available and friendly for the home search, showing 4 homes on the first day out, one of which I bought! She explained our contract clearly and answered all my questions. She was timely in all my contacts with the seller and the seller's agent. Katie was awesome and wonderful to work with. I know Katie from our middle school days, and she still the wonderful person was there. I was super happy that Katie was my agent. She is super responsive via by phone, email, and text message. I feel comfortable and secure about anything during the buying process. We had looked a lot of houses, some good and some not so good, but she stick with me throughout the buying process. She a super woman, got my offer accepted the first day of listing. I’m so blessed to have found Katie, when finding a Realtor agent can difficult, she make it so easy. Thank you for making our first transaction together a success, there more to come buddy. My wife and I highly recommend Katie as a Real Estate professional. She guided us through the process of selling my Mother's house and property. She explained each step of the process in a manner that was understandable for us. She was always very patient and responsive to our input and questions. She quickly moved through the steps of determining a good listing price, getting the listing advertised and setting up an open house. The house sold quickly and she worked with us through the closing process and was always just a phone call or text away if we had any questions or concerns.

Katie was incredibly helpful in our home purchase! We had been haunting Redfin for months, looking for our new home remotely before a move to Olympia. When by far the best house we had seen popped up, we called Katie immediately and planned a visit that weekend for a viewing. Everything went great, the house was wonderful in person and Katie helped us through the bidding process to make sure our offer was accepted. Since then, she has been very helpful with the closing process and letting in contractors to get estimates for work we need before we move in. Highly recommended!

Katie was and is the best realtor we could ask for on our adventure on finding a house to call home. She was very patient with us, kind and courteous, and not afraid to go to bat for us. Katie has done a great job representing us during our home purchase. Katie was the ideal realtor. Giving advice asking questions about how we would like things to go. She came over and talked with us about what we needed to do , in order for us to proceed with the sale of our home. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed when we talked with her.

From the time Katie handed us the cookies till the time she put the sold sign up she was there to help us with all of our needs.
