Katie did an amazing job with our home buying experience. My husband and I have been looking for the perfect "forever" home for a few years. We had been through several bidding wars, lost offers, and had lost hope. We had a very particular home setting in mind, and we had just come to the realization that it wasn't going to happen. We met Katie, exchanged contacts, and 6 months later my husband and I were ready to circle back around the crazy housing market. To make a long story short, she was super patient, on top of it, consistent, and pleasant. She road this emotional ride with us for a long while and saw it through; all the way to the end. Even though I had never met Katie Christensen before choosing her as my agent, she treated me like a true friend. She always kept my needs in mind, and answered all of my questions promptly. Most questions she could answer immediately, and those few she didn’t know, she quickly found the answers. She has a very caring attitude. My wife and I highly recommend Katie as a Real Estate professional. She guided us through the process of selling my Mother's house and property. She explained each step of the process in a manner that was understandable for us. She was always very patient and responsive to our input and questions. Katie was incredibly helpful in our home purchase! We had been haunting Redfin for months, looking for our new home remotely before a move to Olympia. When by far the best house we had seen popped up, we called Katie immediately and planned a visit that weekend for a viewing. Everything went great, the house was wonderful in person and Katie helped us through the bidding process to make sure our offer was accepted.
