Roberta was helpful and active throughout the house search and purchasing process, from reviewing listings to strategizing and communicating with the seller's agent. She was very responsive via phone, text and email, which I appreciated especially during a fast-paced purchase. Upon request, Roberta also provided useful tips on potential contractors to consider for future maintenance and repairs.

Roberta is the only real estate agent I would work with. She has assisted my family and I with all our home sales and purchases over the past 30 years. Roberta is not only professional with a depth of knowledge of Thurston County but also fun to work with. She is a true client advocate.

Most recently Roberta worked with me on the sale of both my own and my family's home. She provided a thorough and fair market analysis of both properties, gave me tips on what to improve or repair, and then staged and marketed the houses. We sold both houses at fair prices in today's market.

I have and will continue to recommend Roberta to my friends, family and any one who asks.

Roberta became "our realtor" years ago when helping us buy our first home. When it came time to sell, she was laser focused on getting top dollar. She drew on her experience to make recommendations that increased the sales price, made it a point to listen to our desires and assisted with decisions (e.g. she came to our home when we were picking new carpet). The only bad thing is that we moved out of the area and won't be able to use her help again!

We deeply appreciate Roberta Rudnick's understanding, skills and abilities in helping us transition from our home of 40 years to a newer home a few miles away. Timing was tricky, as we needed to sell the old home before buying a new one. Attracting a buyer for the "old" home while finding an available, desirable "new" home was an amazing accomplishment. I am so pleased to write this recommendation for Roberta Rudnick. She went above and beyond to help us find our home in WA. When our first purchase did not pass inspection Roberta offered to facetime us in California to find another house. She handled all the details, advocated for us, and made us feel very comfortable with the home buying process. The next time we need an agent we will certainly use Roberta again!

Roberta is a phenomenal real estate agent! Without hesitation she jumped in and gave us a number she would list our house at, provided pictures and staging and got it on the market quickly. She knows the local market inside and out and was able to list it on Wednesday, have 8 offers to share with us on Saturday and we closed within 2 weeks after that. I can’t recommend her highly enough. You won’t be disappointed with her service!!
