We were retiring and moving across the state, Kim walked through our home and gave us a few ideas to promote the home. Kim gave us a very accurate and up to date market comparison along with a recommended price point. We took her advice and our home was under contract with in 10 days of being on the market over Christmas. The staging of our home was a great way to show a home when you have moved out. The process of selling a home with Kim was so easy. I had a situation where both owners needed to communicate with her separately and she was very accommodating. I also loved the ease of arranging the showings through an app on my phone. All around I would choose Kim again if I needed to sell or buy a home!

As Executor of my brother/sister-in-law’s extensive estate life quickly become way more complicated for me. It seemed every step along the way was tough. Needing to sell one of the rental properties I contacted Kim. I really wasn’t looking forward to the process. Well, Kim was like a breath of fresh air. At first contact Kim took control (at my request), worked with my tenant, made arrangements for cleaning and repair. She listed, sold and finalized the sale in a very short time. I would never sell or buy a property without Kim’s Help. I have already recommended Kim to several of my associates.

Kim is awesome! We sought her out to be our seller's agent when we found a house in the hot Olympia market and wanted a great pro in our corner as we negotiated the deal. She is thoughtful and thorough, no-nonsense, calm, and friendly. She understood the timing and the pressures at the initial offer stage, and we successfully won our bid against other competing bid. We identified a drainage issue at the new house in the "11th hour," and she was instrumental in working with the seller's agend to repair that issue before we closed. Also, she helped us locate reliable. competent tradespeople to do work on our current home, too. We bought a house using her 9 years ago, and had a great experience with her, then, as well.

Kim is wonderful to work with. She helped us buy & sell 9 years ago so naturally we contacted her to sell our house this time as well. She has good knowledge of the market, pricing, values, and 'street smarts.' She knows how to attract many buyers. There were times things weren't going as planned and she both calmed us and took care of it. We highly recommend Kim for buying & selling. Kim was amazing to work with yet again. This is the 2nd house I've worked with Kim on selling and she's always been great to have on my side. She knows the market, had an idea of what the selling price would end up being and was spot on with it. When we had some inspection and appraiser issues she walked us though options and was very responsive between us and the buyer. Definitely will be using Kim again

Kim is truly the best! My first experience with Kim was 12 years ago, for the purchase of my first house. Although my budget was small, she spent so much time with me. She talked me through every step. Her advice along the way has stuck with me since. The experience Kim has, makes her an invaluable resource! She made me comfortable to take my time; never a rush to find the house and be done. It felt like she had all the time in the world and would be OK if I never picked one. Fast forward, 12 years... She has now helped me with 4 buying/selling transactions. When we began the search for a home in another state, it was difficult to think of working with anyone else. Kim even helped with that! Her recommendation was very close to the standards she has set, and made for a successful experience. We are now in the process of selling, what we thought could be, our forever home.
