Corey is so on top of things! We had a pretty short timeline and crazy schedules, but he managed to find us our home! We didn't even really know what we wanted at the beginning, but we got it figured out quick! If I had to choose one agent to work with for the rest of my days it would be Corey! There truly is none better. He was always available when I had questions. He actually listened to my concerns and recommendations; offering advice when needed. I never felt rushed or unimportant in the process. This was an exchange sale type of sale, swapping one house in Nevada for the house in Ashton so timing and pricing were critical and required good communication with the Nevada agent and title co. He is very knowledgeable, professional and made the whole process seamless. Our transaction was not a simple one, as it involved sale of property in Nevada to fund the purchase in Idaho. I trusted Corey from the moment he came to my house to discuss the market and what he and his company could do for me as a seller. He gave me time to decide whether or not I wanted to work with him. A few adjectives that characterize Corey are respectful, clear, personable, professional (he answered every text, email and text within seconds/minutes; performed a thorough marked analysis) positive, transparent, efficient (very clear and quick e doc signing method), detailed oriented, kind and generous to boot. I could not have asked for a better agent to represent me. He made my life a lot more manageable since I also had to pack and move. I have bought and sold homes in the past and can say with reservation that Corey out performed prior realtors I have worked with hands down. I needed help selling my father's home in Utah while I lived out-of-state. Corey was highly recommended to me by a family member who had recently worked with him. Corey gave us advice and what to do to get the home ready to sell. On the first day listed we had several buyers tour the home. They were actually stacked up outside the home waiting for their turn. We got 2 offers from that group. Went with what we thought was the best one and at closing the buyers failed to qualify for the loan when they had previously qualified. Reached out to the second offer buyers and started over again. A month after starting round 2 it was over. During this whole time Corey took care of all the problems and issues. Even went to the paint store to get paint matched for house touchups required under a loan inspection since I wasn't there. Corey kept me in the loop with daily calls and explained the options for resolving issues. His expert guidance and knowledge were very much appreciated. Don't look to anyone else for help buying or selling a home!

I worked in the mortgage industry for 17 years. When you mention working with a realtor, it made my job a lot harder. So, when my daughter mentioned Corey, I was very skeptical. But Corey was great! I think he had to put up with us for almost 2 years back and forth. We were looking for something very specific and Corey took very good care of us. After we found the property, he was always on top of the transaction even with part of the seller's side being very uncooperative. I highly recommend Corey, he is a great guy to work with.
