From a chance meeting to finding our perfect home, this was an awesome experience thanks to Corey. He went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed. After helping find the our "perfect" kitchen he would answer all our questions about the loan process, and if he didn't have the answers he went out and found them. He made buying our home an enjoyable experience. We would and will reccommend him to anyone that is looking for a home and a great experience.

It was with mixed emotion I decided to move and sell but it was right for what I needed. Choosing Corey Cook was the best decision I did not know I was going to make! The man is a sales animal!, went to work for ME immediately! I was at the top of the list!, professional pictures and I mean OMG!, his photographer is a goddess with the ability to capture your homes integrity and the beauty and love you put into it. Corey works late nights and early mornings and always had a positive attitude even during the challenging conversations, this is his calling and he's answered it well, I'm so happy my sell went so well and I'm so excited to be in the buying spectrum with Corey looking out for my buying interest. Amazing job! Corey was always on top of every house in my price range, sending me emails and texts! Getting me into see them as soon as possible! He made sure the houses hit all of my requirements! He was very patient and willing to show me more after countless houses that weren’t for me! Finally we found the perfect home! I loved his honesty. Anytime we had a question he had the answers and helped us solve any problems. He went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us clean some remaining junk out of some buildings and helped us haul it to the garbage at 81 that was a big help. We felt he got us the best price. I would highly recommend him.

Corey is an amazing Real Estate agent. It only took a short conversation on the phone to know he was the one I wanted representing me as my buyers agent. The whole process from start to finish was easy and straight forward from looking at prospective properties to writing the contract Corey was on top of everything. His advice was top notch. As a real estate agent in Arizona I could appreciate his honesty and straight forward approach when it came to buying our home in Idaho Falls. Selling and buying a home can be a stressful experience. This was not the case with Corey. He was and is very professional, patient, and most importantly he was invested in making sure our needs were met. He made it a point to get us in the home that matched our needs.
