We found Krysten through a Zillow search on a home we wanted to see. She did not hesitate to meet us and get the showing scheduled. She was patient with us as we toured house after house until we found our perfect place. We toured 11 homes, sometimes driving 2 and 3 hours! We could not have done it without her guidance. She negotiated a great deal for us, much better than we thought was possible!
She was also so supportive, knowledgeable and fantastic on the selling side too! She did the market analysis and that was higher than we expected. She scheduled photos, which were so great, and we had a contract on our house in 36 hours for full asking price! We were thrilled to say the least. Krystan guided us in the process the entire time! When the time comes for us to need real estate services again, she will be our first call! Thank you Krystan!
