Tim was very prompt and responsive when we worked together. He advocated for us in many ways including managing the many water tests that we needed in order to close. He met us at the house and helped unpack our Uhaul and has checked in since to see how we are holding up in our new home. He was kind and open to all of our questions, as we were very new to this process.
