His communication is on point.
He showed us so many houses, I lost count but he never gave up on us.
He was very accommodating taking many videos for us as well... (we lived 3 hours away)

Tim was very prompt and responsive when we worked together. He advocated for us in many ways including managing the many water tests that we needed in order to close. He met us at the house and helped unpack our Uhaul and has checked in since to see how we are holding up in our new home. He was kind and open to all of our questions, as we were very new to this process.
