WE recently had the immense pleasure of working with Megan Harmon in the selling of our mom's home. Megan did a Fantastic job! She went way beyond what we expected and has become a trusted friend along with being our Real Estate Agent. She was very professional, but also very personable and put us at ease knowing that she had our best interest at heart! She was caring, understanding, she gave us helpful information and guidance all the way through the process and fully explained our options, she kept us updated to next steps and well informed on things we could expect and needed to do, she took small setbacks in stride and helped us navigate through the process, she is a top notch negotiator and is fully up to date on market trends, she paid close attention to all details in helping us sell the property and went out of her way to ensure that every detail was taken care of such as inspections, tests, document signing, improvements to the property, along with one seller being out of state at closing and the extra help in what needed to be done. We feel anyone wanting to sell a property would be hard pressed to find a better, or more reliable Real Estate Agent than Megan and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to others and we will be using her again to help sell our other properties!

Megan helped us sell a potentially difficult property, a quirky old family home with wonderful potential but more than a few challenges. Her advice throughout the process, from setting the price through negotiating the closing, was spot-on. She communicated clearly and consistently, keeping us apprised of every development and reassuring us during the lulls. She subtly kept the process moving when buyers had cold feet or paperwork threatened to stall. She did it all with quiet confidence
and a keen eye for detail. In the end, she was instrumental in selling the property in a way that honored our parents’ legacy. We were so fortunate to have worked with Megan.

We have known Megan for several years now utilizing her services most recently in the sale of our family home. We trust her implicitly! Her knowledge of her profession, and feel for the real estate world are very impressive. She is very professional, but also charmingly very down to earth. During the selling process, she handles everything very quickly, and was always responsive to our questions or concerns. Megan was the absolute best to work with. We spent a year of looking, went through multiple offers, created contracts and many subsequent contract amendments before we could call our property ours. Through it all Megan was on top of all the details, proactively following up on outstanding questions, keeping us informed on progress and was extremely patient as we looked, and looked, and looked for the right place. I can't express how great Megan was to work with. She was enthusiastic, supportive and we couldn't have done it without her! We love her and you will too.

Megan is the best realtor I know! And I am a Realtor!! We bought a house here in Maine while still living in NC. We were able to trust Megan with her honest opinion about each house. She would clearly explain why she didn't think a home was a match or why it was!! We did all of this remotely too!
January my family and I moved into our new home! It's perfect. EXACTLY what we were looking for. We were able to buy a house as " Sight unseen" because Megan was trustworthy, honest, excellent at communicating, and honestly one of the friendliest people I have encountered. Megan did a great job of helping through every stage of buying a house. She is tenacious and trust worthy.

We talked to a couple of agents in the area and she was the best. Not once did she make us feel pressured or try scare tactics. Megan stuck with us through the whole process and made sure we were getting a good home for our family.

Megan was great and made the process easy and understanding especially since I had never sold property before. Megan is very knoweldgeable of he process and upfront about what's happening. Megan wants what is best for you and get things done promptly. Megan enjoys her job and helping people, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling or buying especially first timers as myself.
