We live out of state. We were looking for a house or condo in Indiana so that we can be snowbirds and send more time with our grand kids who all live in Indiana. We contacted Cindy Dowers from our home in Florida. We explained what we wanted to do and gave her our "wish list" in a home in Indiana. Our list was not an easy one as we have a specific area, and size of home and our budget. Also the master bedroom had to be on the main level.
Cindy researched homes, set up a portal of homes for us to view. When we found one we wanted to see, she met with our son in Indiana and allowed him to facetime a walk through so we could see the home better. We closed on it last month. Its very hard to try to buy a home out of state but Cindy went above and beyond for us. She is an outstanding realtor. If you are looking for a realtor in Indiana, we highly recommend her.
