I am a first time home owner! I wasn’t sure how to handle the process of home ownership. While working with Tonya McCarthy, it was a lot of many things I didn’t know about but she was always very helpful. Tonya and I would text throughout the day. She gave me her ideas, opinions and experience on what I should do or not do. I was able to make my own decisions. We scheduled to see homes together and I would see them at the appointed time. Tonya is one of a kind! You will not find a realtor who cares more about her clients, who is willing to support them and help them and look out for their best interest more than Tonya! Her years of experience are evident in the advice that she gave us throughout the whole process. her wise words helped us navigate such a stressful process with confidence.

Cindy sold us our home 2 years ago and we wouldn't have anyone else advocating for us. She made sure to show us homes based on our wants and needs. Cindy went over and beyond for us including referring us to another V.A. lender when our first lender was dragging their feet. She made sure to dot every "i" and cross every "t" to ensure that there were no surprises at closing. We have been in our dream home for two years and got a friend in the end!
