Kim was there for me every step of the way! I am a widow and wanted to sell my home as I didn't want the stress and responsibility of being a homeowner any longer. Kim was recommended to me so I contacted her company because of that, Kim was wonderful. She took right over and I never had to do anything. My home sold in 2 days, which I never anticipated. She got someone to help me with my moving, transitioning to where I was moving to, even did the garage sale for my belongings I no longer wanted. When some repairs had to be done after the inspection, she arranged all of that and even came to my home to wait for them. She did a wonderful write-up on my home, and because of that I believe that is why is sold so quickly.
At the closing, Kim made all arrangements and all I basically had to do was show up to sign the paperwork!
I highly recommend Kim. She is very personable and knows the real estate market. Please consider Kim if you are selling. You won't be disappointed!

Kim is a consummate professional, who really, really understands the housing market, especially and specifically in The Villages! After losing both of my parents, the need to sell their home was very overwhelming. Kim helped at every step of the way, and navigated us through the difficult waters of selling a house remotely (I live in Kentucky). We had the most amazing experience with Kim. Purchasing a home from out of state only seeing it online, Kim did an awesome job start to finish.
The experience couldn’t have been better. She guided us the whole way making it smooth.

We have been investing in real estate since 2008. Since then, we have worked with some good realtors and some not so good. When we moved to Florida and bought our first house here, we ran into a great big snag. Kim was able to get the deal done and really saved us. She went above and beyond what any other realtor has ever done for us. Since then, we have bought and sold another house with her. We also have had a family member move here and purchased a house thru Kim. In the near future, another relative plans to move here and we have set them up with Kim. We refer her to anyone looking for a good realtor.

Kim was the absolute BEST is selling our home. She had our house pending sale after 14 hours of being on the market. She made sure to stay in touch with us the entire way to make sure we knew exactly what was happening when it was happening. It was our first time ever selling a home and to have her by our side made us feel so confident the whole time! I will be only using her in the future for our next purchase of a new home or if we ever sell another house again. She was just simply the best! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Highly recommend Kim to list your home. She is personable, professional, accommodating and gets the job done. She held several open houses and took 2 sets of profession pictures. Also did a great job staging.

We have had the good fortune to have had Kim as our realtor on our quest for a home. She quickly access our requirement and needs and patiently took us to see numerous homes in the communities we were interested. In a housing market were inventory is low, we thought this was going to be a long drawn out process; happily Kim's consistent efforts payed off. After a ten day search, we closed on home that went on the market the same day we view it. Kim's intuitive knowledge and proactive approach was instrumental.
