We would highly recommend choosing Theresa for your real estate agent. We just purchased a second home in Ohio while living in Connecticut and it was the most seamless transaction we could have hoped for. Theresa was our eyes and ears throughout this experience . Her friendly, super professional energy is a breath of fresh air. Theresa was available and responsive at all times and has aligned herself with equally impressive connections. Angie Bradley from First Ohio Home Finance, Jordan Levi Lawless from the Title company and Christopher Rossiter the home inspector were all really great additions to the team Theresa recommended . We feel like we can continue to reach out to Theresa for referrals and guidance while settling in as well. She made us feel confident and comforted, in knowing that our best interests were a true priority to her .

Theresa has always been my go to relator! She is dedicated, personal, professional and customer minded. She has spent endless hours representing me as a seller and as a buyer. Theresa Cobb is the best realtor we have had! She provided us with all of the information needed and was available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. She made selling our home as quick and as easy as possible. When looking to buy, Theresa isn't just trying to sell someone a house, she genuinely wants to help people find the home that is perfect for their needs. Theresa has proven this by going out of her way to speak with inspectors and discuss potential issues during each showing to ensure the buyers are getting the best deal. The home buying process was incredibly stressful. However, Theresa went above and beyond to make our process as smooth as possible. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to accommodate us while being very friendly and professional. I don’t think we could’ve survived this process with anyone else helping us. If we are ever buying or selling in the future, I fully intend on using her services again!

Theresa met every single expectation that I could have imagined. Such an amazing experience and always was there for all my questions as a first time home buyer. Highly recommend her! She was on top of every listing in our boundary limit and was able to squeeze us in her busy schedule for a showing. Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else as a realtor!

Theresa was hands down the best realtor ever and we are extremely happy we chose her to sell our house! She was always extremely fast to reply to us and never left one thing unanswered. She really went above and beyond to make sure we sold our house and kept us informed of everything along the way. Her personality was amazing as well, she's super nice and very fun to work with and always had a positive attitude!

Theresa Baker was awesome with helping in the sale of our home. She took her time with us answered all of our questions was great at making sure we understood the process and is a very loving and sweet individual. She made us feel really comfortable with all of our chaos!! Selling a home is a big deal to all involved and we are very happy we chose her to be the one to help us. I found Theresa when I called about a house I was interested in back in December 2020. It’s a sellers market and almost nothing was on the market. She stuck with me and was so patient and flexible. We looked at everything! She sent me potential houses before they ever hit any other website. She listened to what I wanted and answered any questions I had. She made sure I stayed on budget and communication was amazing. Now I am officially closed on the house, she still answers my texts with any questions I do have. I highly recommend her to anyone! Very polite and friendly. Down to earth. I trust her wholeheartedly!
