We would highly recommend choosing Theresa for your real estate agent. We just purchased a second home in Ohio while living in Connecticut and it was the most seamless transaction we could have hoped for. Theresa was our eyes and ears throughout this experience . Her friendly, super professional energy is a breath of fresh air. Theresa was available and responsive at all times and has aligned herself with equally impressive connections. Angie Bradley from First Ohio Home Finance, Jordan Levi Lawless from the Title company and Christopher Rossiter the home inspector were all really great additions to the team Theresa recommended . We feel like we can continue to reach out to Theresa for referrals and guidance while settling in as well. She made us feel confident and comforted, in knowing that our best interests were a true priority to her .
I'm sad I can only give Theresa five stars because she deserves way more than that. She has been an absolute dream to work with. She made sure we got into a home in our price range that also fit all of our needs as we are a large family. Her availability is great she didn't make us work around her schedule she was able to work around ours. Theresa was able to answer any and every question we had no matter what time of day or night. We honestly couldn't ask for a better relator. She made us comfortable and was amazing with our kids. We walked away with a wonderful realtor that we will continue to work with if we decide to buy another home and a friend. I can't thank her and praise her enough for everything she's done for our family.
Theresa was the absolute best from start to finish. She made sure we never got discouraged along the way. We not only got a realtor we made a new friend which makes the home buying process even easier when it's someone you trust. She was amazing with our kids on countless home showings and making sure we had any and everything we needed along the way. Other deals fell through for various reasons prior to our purchase and thankfully she made sure we didn't give up. She has been recommended to friends and family wanting to start the home buying process. Plus she's won an award that only 10% of ohio realtors make happen, so think about why wouldn't you ask her to be your realtor!

I'm not even sure where to start, Theresa was the absolute BEST!! I knew from the start she was the right choice for a realtor for us in our journey of buying our first home. Theresa answered EVERY single question we had, and if she didn't know the answer she very quickly found an answer. Before every showing we had, you could always tell that she had done her homework on the house, because she knew everything about the house before we even walked in.
Some of the things that we absolutely loved about Theresa was that she was always 100% honest and gave her own opinion on everything. Availability, she was always available when we was. She was also very professional but also cracked some of the best jokes!!
If we ever go to sell or buy another house we forsure will be contacting Theresa again! If I could I'd rate her infinity stars 🌟

The home buying process was incredibly stressful. However, Theresa went above and beyond to make our process as smooth as possible. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to accommodate us while being very friendly and professional. I don’t think we could’ve survived this process with anyone else helping us. If we are ever buying or selling in the future, I fully intend on using her services again!
