Millicent went above and beyond during our family’s relocation from Minnesota to Florida. She showed a very strong attention to detail and ensured that we were comfortable and up to date on everything as it developed. There was no performance slippage given our very tight timeline for finding a home. Even natural disasters didn’t deter her white glove service and dedication. Always professional, always cordial and welcoming, Working with Millicent was the best thing we could have hoped for in making this transition. Where to begin..... Millicent was a breath of fresh air and a big hug for me at a time in my life when I really needed it. She stepped up and took charge of getting me the right condo , at the right price. She walked me through all the steps of purchasing in Florida, while showing me the sights along the way. She listened to everything I told her and worked to find exactly what I wanted. She knew the minute I walked in that she had found me my condo.
