An all around five star review is cutting Socha short of what she deserves. Long story short my family and I relocated to Florida from Michigan. Truly by the grace of God we were connected with Socha. She was patient and helped us find a home that checked both our wants and needs boxes. She visually inspected the homes we were interested in so we weren’t wasting any time or money states away. She took it upon herself and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and ensured we had the knowledge of everything that we should have before moving forward.
Once we found the home that we fell in love with, we put an offer in on it (VA loan). Socha recommended and guided us with very clear, knowledgeable and precise information for us to get the most out of what we were looking for in our offer.
Upon the sellers acceptance of our offer, Socha still went above and beyond to ensure the inspections all cleared okay and there were no red flags with our home. We are beyond blessed and excited to call Socha our realtor!
