From day one, Nick was amazing. He was always on point, without being pushy. He took our suggestions, what we wanted, what we needed. Robin is an extraordinary person and she put a full press effort into representing us during the sale of our home in PGI. There was no detail left done. AND she did a great job of managing me during the process. She laid out the pros and cons of each offer so we could come to a logical decision instead of being emotionally charged.

Socha is deserving of at least 20 stars if not more!
Let me put it to you this way... Socha Goyette is a real estate FORCE OF NATURE; God help the person that would be working against her because it will take nothing short of divine intervention for them to get one over on her!
She helped us sell a property out east of Manatee County, raw land, and she helped us get $30,000 MORE than we were asking! Then we bought a home using those funds which she also helped us with and helped us negotiate a price reduction of $20,000 on some PRIME REAL ESTATE (generational grade real estate).
On top of that there were numerous nuances with the property purchase that she helped us navigate with ease, and these were not trivial nuances, these were nuances that would cause 90%+ of offers to fall through.
She did all of this for MONTHS, anytime we were interested in a property and wanted to know more or tour it, she had a custom personalized video breaking down the home/property, and recent comps near by that sold over the last 6 months. When we would get to the property she would have a folder with EVERYTHING SHE HAD on the property all professionally organized... EVERY SINGLE TIME!
She even kept in contact with us during her vacations or trips over the holiday season! She didn't have to do that, she chose to do that!
This is not even touching how personable she is; if you can't have a great discourse with her then you definitely need therapy because this woman is a RIOT to talk to, and she has great use of meme's in text chatting! She also genuinely cares about her clients and their family, which I suspect fuels the fire for her in being that "force of nature" I stated earlier.
If you are thinking about hiring her, just do it already, FULL STOP, END OF DISCUSSION!
