Relocating from New Jersey to Sarasota, FL, was a huge move for our family, and Derek made the entire process feel effortless. Since we were out of state, he truly became our eyes and ears here in Florida, sending photos, taking detailed videos of the new build, advocating for us when anything popped up, and checking in with the builder every step of the way. An all around five star review is cutting Socha short of what she deserves. Long story short my family and I relocated to Florida from Michigan. Truly by the grace of God we were connected with Socha. She was patient and helped us find a home that checked both our wants and needs boxes. She visually inspected the homes we were interested in so we weren’t wasting any time or money states away. She took it upon herself and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and ensured we had the knowledge of everything that we should have before moving forward.
