Julie was my strength throughout the selling process. I called on her every time something went wrong like the pull chain on my lanai ceiling fan getting stuck. She was so kind and accommodating. He also never complained about the number of houses I looked at (some of them multiple times), and there were many. I estimated being inside nearly 60 after dismissing dozens for other external reasons. However, he did nudge me back on track when I - often - started going off the rails! Importantly, Barry didn't hesitate to give me honest assessments of the homes we looked at.
I had a lot of questions going through this process, some procedural, some general, and some specific to a particular property. He never failed to get me an answer.
Overall, I have no complaints, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barry Dunn to anyone looking for a home on the beautiful Gulf Coast of the Free State of Florida!

Nancy Vigna was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nancy was recommended to me and the entire experience was exceptional. I was out of state, selling a family home in an estate sale. Dealing with the grief from a death, a home full of belongings and the sale of a home that had been in the family for more than 50 years was overwhelming. Nancy was professional, compassionate and went well beyond what was required. The home had years of deferred upkeep, yet she emphasized the positive to both me and in the listing. She had researched the comparable properties in the area and helped me to list it at a reasonable price. Nancy brought in a photographer who took pictures and quickly got the home on the market. After two days of showings I had 18 offers. She then checked out the financial viability of each offer. Nancy explained the terms of each so I could make a decision. She negotiated with the best offer, going over asking price and the house went under contract. Nancy found a gentleman who handled estate sales and home clean outs which allowed me to return home. She continued to check on the property, estate sale and met with individuals needing to get into the house. Most importantly to me was she kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. If problems did come up she made recommendations, facilitated in my absence and followed up. Honestly Nancy went beyond what was expected and made what could have been a difficult situation, a positive one. I highly recommend Nancy Vigna to anyone that is buying or selling a home. You can be assured that she will represent your interests.
